My name is Emily Bauer and I am always SO honored to play at Art-A-Fest. This will be my 5th year sharing my music with this wonderful community.
Board-certified music therapist by day and moonlighting as a performer. I enjoy bringing all decades and genres to my sets while putting my own style on each song.

Lojo Russo

Lojo Russo has a musical style that’s as varied and unexpected as the river she calls home. From her days growing up in the Twin Cities to her current home in the Quad Cities the Mississippi River has been part of her world and her music. Like a river her music is sinuous and unpredictable. One moment she’s laying down a furious rhythm on guitar punctuated by wailing vocals. Next, we’re floating along carried by intricate fingerpicking, her voice as intense and haunting as her lyrics.
Just the Two of Us
1-3 PM
Sam and Melissa are a couple of friends who go back about 20 years! They enjoy playing jazz standards, show tunes and easy listening from the 60s, 70s and 80s. They cover songs by Stevie Wonder and Carole King and also mix in some gospel favorites.
Their love of music and joy in performance is sure to keep you smiling along with them! Sit back and enjoy some high energy, intricate piano and smooth, soulful vocals!
