Meet the 2025 Musicians & Performers!

Emily Ann Bauer
10am - Noon
My name is Emily Bauer and this will be my fourth year playing music for Art-A-Fest. I'm so honored to continue sharing my music with such a lovely community and to be a part of a wonderful event.
I am living in Omaha as a board-certified music therapist with my husband Austin and our fur baby Chewy! I love my career, but the cherry on top is getting to perform at special occasions such as this one in my free time.
I play a mixture of genres from all decades, so come by and listen! I might just play your favorite song.
Beauty and the Beat
2-4pm
BEAUTY and the BEAT is Rick and Lis (March) Dunlevy from Cedar Falls. The couple has been performing throughout the Midwest both together and individually for many years. They have been staples in numerous bands and are currently founders and members of Throwback Jack, the popular country band playing your favorites from 1999 and earlier - when country was country! As BEAUTY and the BEAT they use guitar, djembe, and vocals to bring you your favorite hits from the 70's, 80's, 90's, and today. Their promise to you... YOU'RE GONNA HAVE FUN!

Eulenspiegel Puppet Theatre
12:30-1:30pm
Eulenspiegel Puppet Theatre Company is a non-profit organization from West Liberty, Iowa dedicated to promoting the art of puppetry through high-quality performances, workshops, and creative events. They have a 50-year history of performing high quality, family friendly puppet shows featuring folk tales and history shows and have performed in 31 states and 4 other countries.
During Art-a-Fest, they will be performing In the Mirror: Three Tales from Asia. A set of three tales from Korea, Japan and Turkey, these stories all feature atypical heroes. A favorite is the little old lady outsmarting two Onis (Japanese trolls) who imprison her in order to sample her delicious cooking. The show uses a clever stage that rises and folds out of a decorated box. It features rod puppets, paper puppets, masks, and a combination rod puppet/rod marionette.
Prior to the show there will be finger puppet making workshop (10:30-11:30). This workshop is free, and open to all ages!
