Each applicant must fill out this form and submit information as indicated below, regardless of past participation.
Accepted vendors must be set up in the designated location for the duration of Art-a-Fest (10am - 4pm).
The committee will review all applications, and will consider how well the group's mission fits with the festival/event theme.
Please include as much information as possible. Applicants will be notified of the committee decisions by June 19th. If you are not selected, your entry fee will be fully refunded.
