Each applicant must fill out this form and submit information as indicated below, regardless of past participation. Accepted vendors must be set up in the designated location for the duration of Art-a-Fest (10am - 4pm).
The committee will review all applications, and will consider how well the services offered fit with the festival/event theme.
Please include as much information as possible. Applicants will be notified of the committee decisions by June 19th. If you are not selected, your entry fee will be fully refunded.
By clicking the "Accept" button below, you are acknowledging that the information supplied is correct, and that you have a valid permit to participate.
You will be redirected to submit payment of $50 in order to complete your application. Your application will not be submitted unless payment is made.
