Each applicant must fill out this form and submit information as indicated below, regardless of past participation. Accepted vendors may set up in designated location throughout the entire event if desired (9am - 3pm), but must be setup during the peak lunch hours of 11am - 1:30pm. There are several electrical boxes available; please indicate what you need (if any) in order to participate.
The committee will review and evaluate all applications, with consideration for the following in mind:

You will be redirected to submit payment of $25 in order to complete your application. Your application will not be submitted unless payment is made.
