Food/Beverage Vendor Application 

We are so glad you're interested in applying! Please read the following information carefully before filling out the form below.

 

Each applicant must fill out this form and submit information as indicated below, regardless of past participation.  Accepted vendors may set up in designated location throughout the entire event if desired (9am - 3pm), but must be setup during the peak lunch hours of 11am - 1:30pm.

The committee will review and evaluate all applications, with consideration for the following in mind:​

  • Presentation of vendor truck/booth

  • Flavors/styles offered

Please include as much information as possible. Applicants will be notified of the committee decisions by June 19th. If you are not selected, your entry fee will be fully refunded.
